AI Assistant — Terms of Service

1. Program Description
Members 1st Insurance Services AI Assistant (“the Program”) is a messaging service operated by Upline Inc. (“Content Provider,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
The Program delivers account-related updates, alerts, and support messages through SMS amd Rich Communication Services (RCS) directly to your mobile device.
By opting in, you may receive the following types of messages:
- Account notifications and balance updates
- Transaction or payment reminders
- Product and service information, including quotes and offers for insurance products
- Two-way conversational support with the AI Assistant
- Member service messages, including responses to your inquiries
2. Message Delivery and Frequency
Messages will be delivered via RCS to the mobile number associated with your opt-in. We may also reach out via SMS.
Message frequency varies based on your interactions and account activity.
3. Rates Disclosure
Message and data rates may apply.
You are responsible for any charges from your wireless carrier that may result from participation in the Program, including message and data rates that may apply when sending and receiving messages.
4. Opt-Out Instructions (STOP Command)
You can opt out of receiving messages from Members 1st AI Assistant at any time.
To stop receiving messages, text STOP in the conversation thread.
After you send STOP, you will receive one confirmation message to verify that you have been unsubscribed.
After this, you will no longer receive messages from Members 1st AI Assistant unless you opt in again.

7. Participating Carriers
RCS messaging is supported by most major wireless carriers. Participation may vary by carrier and device. Members 1st Federal Credit Union is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
8. Eligibility and Consent
By opting in to the Program, you confirm that you are the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number provided, and that you consent to receive RCS / SMS messages as described above.
Your consent is not required as a condition of purchasing or receiving any product or service.
9. Changes to Terms
We may modify or update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued participation in the Program after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
